* Note- alcohol is a by product of fermentation.

I didn't really like the taste of feijoa fizz. But give it a go you might like it !!!!!!

  1. Hello Seth
Thank you for sharing your recipe for Feijoa fizz. Hunter and Ben dropped me off some more bags of feijoas so I will follow your recipe and make some tomorrow. I will let you know what I think of it when it's ready to drink.
I like the way you added photos.

  2. Hi Seth,
I have lots of feijoas too , so will give it a go. The images will help me follow the instructions. Did others in your family like it. My feijoa cake had brown sugar and almonds on top.

  3. What a great blog post Seth. Very clear instructions to follow. I am up to step 5 of the process so I know exactly what do do next?
I am really keen to find out if it has a strong feijoa flavour and how fizzy it will become.
Do your chooks like eating the skins? We have been giving them to our pigs but I have noticed they are fussy and don't seem to be enjoying them.
    Well done
